SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At MIIXO, every order is inspected, handled with care, and dispatched in our signature protective packaging.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and verified within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

2. Domestic UAE Delivery

• Express Courier: 24 to 48 hours across all Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah).

• Delivery Cost: Flat rate of 20 AED (Complimentary Free Shipping on orders over 250 AED).

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all UAE addresses.

3. International Shipping

We ship across the GCC and select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days via global courier partners (DHL / Aramex).

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and live tracking link.
